John W. Chidsey

President & Chief Executive Officer, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

John W. Chidsey serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), a S&P 500 company that operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Prior to this, he was CEO of Subway Restaurants for five years, leading the company until late 2024. He brings deep knowledge of large-scale operations, financial management, and corporate strategy to NCLH’s Board of Directors. Prior to Subway, he was CEO of Burger King Holdings, Inc., following his tenure as the company’s President and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Burger King, he held key leadership positions at Cendant Corporation, where he served as Chairman and CEO of two major divisions. He led the Vehicle Services Division, overseeing brands such as Avis Rent A Car, Budget Rent A Car Systems, PHH, and Wright Express, as well as the Financial Services Division, which included Jackson Hewitt. Earlier in his career, Mr. Chidsey held various senior financial leadership roles at PepsiCo.

Mr. Chidsey has also served on the boards of Encompass Health Corporation, Burger King Holdings (as Chairman), and Brinker International. He holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting and a J.D. from Emory University, as well as a B.A. from Davidson College.

Mark A. Kempa

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

Mark Kempa is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and brings more than 20 years of financial experience. Mark oversees the development and execution of NCLH’s financial strategy, including corporate financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, as well as technology, corporate strategy, and investor relations. After more than two decades in the company, Mark has held various positions in the finance division, playing an instrumental role in key milestones such as the initial public offering in 2013 and the acquisition of Prestige Cruises International inc., in 2014.

Before joining the company, Mark served as Assistant Controller for International Voyager Media, a traveler portfolio company.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Barry University in Miami.

Marc Kazlauskas

Brand President of Norwegian Cruise Line

Marc Kazlauskas is the Brand President of Norwegian Cruise Line. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the brand’s global strategy and commercial performance and leading cross-functional teams in driving innovation and elevating the guest experience.  With more than three decades in the premium and luxury sectors of the travel and tourism industry, Kazlauskas previously served as CEO of Avoya Travel, one of the largest travel companies in the U.S. and a leading travel platform and host agency. Prior to this, he served as President of FROSCH and Managing Director of Chase Travel Group, one of the world’s leading travel companies with more than $2 billion in sales and a global footprint, where he led large teams, managed multi-billion-dollar operations, and oversaw key partnerships across airlines, tour operators and cruise lines. Before his time at Avoya Travel and FROSCH/Chase Travel Group, he held leadership roles at Insight Vacations, where he oversaw U.S. operations and drove triple-digit revenue and profit growth, and Tauck World Discovery, where he led worldwide sales. Kazlauskas began his travel-industry career at Orient Cruise Line, previously part of the Norwegian Cruise Line portfolio. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for Signature Travel Network and has served on advisory boards for major global airlines and travel companies.

Jason Montague

Chief Luxury Officer at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings

Jason Montague is Chief Luxury Officer Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. In this role, he oversees Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises as the brands execute their long-term newbuild and refurbishment program.

Before this appointment, Montague served as a Special Advisor to NCLH for two years after leading the Regent Seven Seas Cruises brand as President and Chief Executive Officer until 2022. Before that, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for both the Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises brands, where he successfully oversaw the launch of Sirena for Oceania Cruises and the Seven Seas Explorer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Before NCLH’s acquisition of Prestige, Montague was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Prestige, where he played a key role in launching Oceania Cruises, overseeing the purchase of its initial R-class vessels, securing an investment from Apollo Global Management, and acquiring Regent Seven Seas Cruises. He also led the financing and delivery of Oceania Cruises’ new ships, Marina and Riviera. Prior to that, he served as Oceania Cruises’ VP & Treasurer and SVP of Finance. Earlier, he ran a consulting practice focused on strategic planning for SMEs and was VP of Finance at Alton Entertainment Corporation. Montague holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Miami.

Faye L. Ashby

Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

Faye Ashby is the Senior Vice President and Chief Account Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and brings decades of accounting and financial experience. In her role Faye manages and oversees financial accounts, and other financial reporting and auditing functions for all NCLH cruise lines.

Faye previously served as Controller for Prestige Cruise holdings, where she managed and developed the accounting and External Financial Reporting teams. She also served as Senior Director of Financial Reporting for Prestige, overseeing annual financial statements, coordinating external audits, and managing accounting issues. Faye was a senior manager at the international public accounting firm of Deloitte.

Faye earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Patrik Dahlgren

Executive Vice President, Chief Vessel Operations and Newbuild Officer Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

Patrik Dahlgren is the Executive Vice President, Chief Vessel Operations and Newbuild Officer for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In this role, he oversees marine and technical operations, hotel operations, entertainment, cruise programs and security across NCLH’s three brands. 

Patrik brings more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Marine Operations for Royal Caribbean Group. In that role, Patrik managed maritime operations and fleet optimization across all brands for more than 60 ships, providing direction for more than 10,000 team members. He was also key to the cruise industry’s post-COVID comeback as he served as a member of the Healthy Sail Panel, a group of world-renowned experts brought together to develop a comprehensive set of industry recommendations to navigate the pandemic.

Prior to joining shoreside management, Patrik spent over a decade at sea, including serving as Captain across a range of cruise ships, giving him firsthand knowledge of the ins and outs of ship operations.

Patrik earned his Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from Kalmar University in Sweden, and his Master of Business Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Daniel S. Farkas

Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

Daniel Farkas is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and brings more than 25 years of legal experience. Daniel oversees all aspects of the Legal division, including Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Passenger and Crew Claims, and Governmental Affairs. He also serves as the company’s Corporate Ethics Officer.

Before joining the company, Daniel served as assistant State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami- Dade County under both Janet Reno and Katherine Fernandez Rundle. Daniel was also a partner at a boutique law firm specializing in maritime litigation.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Brandeis University in Massachusetts, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami.
