    Frank J. Del Rio

    Frank J. Del Rio is the president and chief executive officer of NASDAQ 100 company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., comprised of Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Del Rio assumed this role in January 2015.

    Under his leadership, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings has grown to a fleet of 25 ships and has achieved significant milestones, including double digit annual revenue and adjusted EPS growth; launching the first sailings to Cuba from an established North American cruise brand; and the successful introduction of new vessels for each of the Company’s three brands, including the company’s first ship customized and dedicated for the Chinese market. The Company also has firm orders for seven additional cruise ships to be delivered from 2018 through 2025.

    Del Rio was previously chairman and CEO for Prestige Cruise Holdings, Inc., the parent company operating both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Del Rio founded Oceania Cruises in 2002, and in doing so, created a new “upper premium” segment of the cruise industry. Under his leadership the line has grown from a fledgling start-up with one 684-passenger ship to a dominant player in the upscale cruise market with 6 ships totaling 5300 berths, including the addition of two highly acclaimed 1,250-passenger sister ships, Marina and Riviera.

    With Del Rio at the helm, Oceania Cruises quickly became widely recognized for offering the finest cuisine at sea, outstanding personalized service and award-winning itineraries all at an extraordinary value. Under Del Rio’s direction, Prestige Cruise Holdings acquired luxury cruise operator Regent Seven Seas Cruises in 2008 from the Carlson Company and quickly completed a turnaround which positioned Regent Seven Seas Cruises as the market leader.

    Del Rio, who was born in Havana, Cuba and emigrated to the United States in 1961 at age 6, earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant. He and his wife, Marcia, have two children and four grandchildren and live in Coral Gables, Florida.

  • Andrew Stuart

    President and Chief Executive Officer, Norwegian Cruise Line
    Andrew Stuart

    Andy Stuart is President and Chief Executive Officer, Norwegian Cruise Line, appointed to this position in September 2016.  He served as President and Chief Operating Officer, Norwegian Cruise Line, since March 2015. A 27-year company veteran, Stuart has been instrumental in building the Norwegian brand and strengthening relationships with travel partners. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that Norwegian excels in every facet and that the company continues to produce industry leading financial results, while bringing new ideas and ways of doing business that improve guest satisfaction and team member involvement.

    He previously served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Passenger Services where his primary objective focused on ensuring Norwegian continued to enhance and strengthen its relationships with travel partners as its primary distribution system.  He had recently announced a 40 percent increase in the overall sales team for Norwegian to promote the long-term success of its valued travel partners.  He introduced Partners First in 2011, the company’s corporate philosophy of always putting its travel partners first in three key areas: investment in long-term travel partner success; a complete focus on being easy to do business with; and a commitment to travel partners on direct business.

    He also served as Chief Product Officer, responsible for delivery of the Freestyle Cruising product across the Norwegian fleet, ensuring that it provided exceptional value and quality for guests and was consistent with the marketing and brand positioning of the company.

    He joined Norwegian in 1988 and served as the company’s Sales and Marketing Director in the United Kingdom until December 1996.  He was named Vice President of Sales Planning and relocated to the company’s Miami headquarters in January 1997.  He was promoted to Senior Vice President of Passenger Services in 1998, and in 1999, named Senior Vice President of Norwegian Sales.  In 2000, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales.  In 2003, he was named Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Passenger Services. Originally from the United Kingdom, he has a bachelor’s of science degree from Bournemouth University.  He has served as Chairman of the Cruise Lines International Association.  He is an active participant on social media and can be found @nclandy on Twitter.

  • Jason M. Montague

    President and Chief Executive Officer, Regent Seven Seas Cruises
    Jason Montague
    Jason Montague is President and Chief Executive Officer, Regent Seven Seas Cruises. He was appointed to this position in September 2016. In this role, Montague is responsible for marketing, sales, revenue management, passenger services along with oversight of itinerary development and the onboard product for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

    Previously, Montague served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, where he successfully oversaw the launch of Sirena for Oceania Cruises and Seven Seas Explorer, the most luxurious ship ever built, for the Regent Seven Seas Cruises brand.  Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Integration Officer for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. during the acquisition of Prestige Cruise Holdings, Inc.  Before the acquisition by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for Prestige Cruise Holdings, the parent company for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.  During his twelve year tenure at Prestige Cruise Holdings, he helped build the business plan for the launch of Oceania Cruises in 2002, including oversight for the purchase of its initial three R-class vessels;  was involved with the equity investment by Apollo Management and acquisition of Regent Seven Seas Cruises; and drove financing and delivery of Oceania Cruises’ new builds Marina and Riviera and the 2014 acquisition by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.

    Prior to joining Oceania Cruises, Montague operated a successful consulting practice focused on strategic planning and development of small to medium-sized companies. Previously, he held the position of Vice President Finance for Alton Entertainment Corporation, a brand equity marketer that was majority owned by the Interpublic Group of Companies.

  • Robert J. Binder

    Chief Executive Officer, Oceania Cruises
    Robert J. Binder

    Robert J. Binder has served as Chief Executive Officer, Oceania Cruises since September 2016 and as Vice Chairman, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises since February 2015.

    Prior to the Acquisition of Prestige Cruise Holdings, he served as the Vice Chairman of Prestige since May 2011 and President of Prestige since January 2008 where he oversaw the global expansion of the Prestige brands and was responsible for sales, marketing and branding efforts internationally.

    He played a key role in the development and design of new Oceania ships, new restaurant concepts and the introduction of the Bon Appetit Culinary Center. He is co-founder of Oceania and previously served as President of Oceania.

    Before launching Oceania, he was the President of Meadowoods Consulting, which provided consulting services to the financial and travel services industries. From 1992 to 2001 he held several executive posts in the cruise industry. Binder also held senior management positions at JP Morgan Chase, where he was a Strategic Planning Officer, and at Renaissance Cruises, where he was Vice President of Sales.

    He earned master's degrees in both Finance and Marketing from Cornell University and did his undergraduate studies at Purdue University.

  • Robin Lindsay

    Robin Lindsay

    Robin Lindsay is the Executive Vice President, Vessel Operations for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Ltd. Lindsay was appointed to this position in January 2015. In this role, Lindsay is responsible for Marine & Technical Operations, Hotel Operations, Entertainment, Product Development, Port & Destination Services, Fleet Personnel, Out Islands and New Build & Ship Refurbishment for all three of the company's brands – Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

    Prior to joining Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., Lindsay served in a similar capacity as Executive Vice President of Vessel Operations at Prestige Cruise Holdings, the parent company of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Lindsay's history with the company goes back to the inception of Oceania Cruises in 2003, where he joined as Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations and Vessel Operations.

    Lindsay earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana Tech University. He is co-founder of Oceania Cruises and previously served as President of Oceania Cruises.

  • Wendy Beck

    Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
    Wendy Beck

    Wendy Beck joined the company in September 2010 bringing a high level of knowledge and expertise to Norwegian as a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of experience. As chief financial officer and executive vice president, Beck is responsible for all aspects of the company's financial disciplines including finance, treasury, accounting, corporate and capital planning, corporate tax, legal, internal audit, and investor relations, as well as information technology and human resources.

    Prior to joining Norwegian, Beck served as chief financial officer and executive vice president of Domino's Pizza (NYSE: DPZ) a company with more than 9,000 franchised and company-owned stores in more than 60 countries. Prior to Domino's Pizza, Beck served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Whataburger Restaurants, LP from May 2004 through April 2008 and served as their vice president and chief accounting officer from August 2001 through April 2004. From 1993 to 2001 she served in various roles, culminating in CFO and Treasurer at Checkers Drive-In Restaurants (NASDAQ: CHKR) (which includes Rally's Hamburgers), a fast food chain with more than 800 units in 28 states. Her experience in finance - particularly tax - also includes six years at Lincare Holdings (NASDAQ: LNCR) from 1987 to 1993, a national home health care company.

    She serves on the Board of Directors for At Home, the home décor superstore, and is also chair of the Audit Committee. Beck previously served as a director and Audit Committee member of Spartan Stores Inc (NASDAQ: SPTN). She also served on the Board of Directors of the Women's Food Service Forum, the Texas State Aquarium, the USS Lexington and the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra.

    Beck received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. She has been a certified public accountant in the state of Florida since 1992.

  • Harry Sommer

    Harry Sommer

    Harry Sommer is the Executive Vice President, International Business Development for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, Ltd. Sommer was appointed to this position in June 2015. In this role, Sommer is responsible for all sales, marketing, public relations and office operations for all 3 brands of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings for all markets outside the United States and Canada.

    Sommer joined the company in 2000 and then rejoined in 2009, and has served in a number of executive positions within the company. In early 2015, Sommer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Integration Offer for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. During 2013 and 2014, Sommer was the Chief Marketing Officer for Prestige Cruise Holdings, Inc. Prior to this, Sommer’s positions included Senior Vice President Finance, Chief Information Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Vice President Revenue Management and Relationship Marketing.

    Between 2002 and 2008, Sommer was the co-founder and President of Luxury Cruise Center, a high-end travel agency specializing in selling premium and luxury cruise product. Prior to 2000, Sommer worked 8 years at Renaissance Cruises in various marketing and finance roles.

    Sommer holds an MBA from Pace University and a BBA from Baruch College.

  • Daniel S. Farkas

    Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Assistant Secretary Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.

    Daniel S. Farkas is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.  In this position, Mr. Farkas oversees all aspects of the Legal, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Passenger and Crew Claims and the Government Affairs areas of Norwegian Cruise Line.  Mr. Farkas is the Company’s Chief Ethics Officer and currently serves on the board of directors of Camillus House, the  Cruise Industry Charitable Foundation and the Steamship Mutual Underwriting Association Limited as well as various other committees within the Norwegian Group.

    Prior to joining Norwegian, Mr. Farkas served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County under both Janet Reno and Katherine Fernandez Rundle and was a Partner at a boutique law firm specializing in maritime litigation.  Mr. Farkas joined Norwegian in January 2004 and previously held the positions of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel.   

    Mr. Farkas holds a Bachelor of Art degree Cum Laude, with honors in English and American Literature from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami.

  • Faye L. Ashby

    Faye L. Ashby has served as Senior Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer of NCLH since February 2016. She joined NCLH as Controller in November 2014 after the Acquisition of Prestige. From January 2012 to November 2014, Ms. Ashby served as Controller for Prestige, where she managed and developed the Accounting and External Financial Reporting teams.  From March 2010 to December 2011, Ms. Ashby held the position of Senior Director of Financial Reporting with Prestige, where she started the Financial Reporting Department and was responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements, coordination of external audits and researching technical accounting issues. Before joining Prestige, Ms. Ashby was a Senior Manager at the international public accounting firm of Deloitte. She has a MBA and BBA with concentrations in accounting from the University of Miami and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and New York.
