13. Subsequent Event In July 2026, we entered into a memorandum of agreement for the sale of Oceania Sirena. The terms of the memorandum stipulate that the closing of the sale will take place during the three months ended September 30, 2026. In addition, a bareboat charter agreement is anticipated to be executed for the Oceania brand to continue operating the vessel through the spring of 2028. |
