Harry Sommer is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and brings more than 30 years of experience in the cruise industry. Harry previously served as President & CEO of NCLH’s largest cruise line, Norwegian Cruise Line, where he oversaw the brand’s entire operations. Under his leadership, the cruise line successfully navigated the industry’s toughest period in history and successfully relaunched operations after a more than 500-day pause. Simultaneously, he led the company to introduce the first-in-class Norwegian Prima, the first of six ships in the brand’s new class of ships and led the brand to record-breaking bookings in 2022. Previously, Harry served as President, International for NCLH, where he oversaw all international sales, marketing, and business development functions in markets beyond the United States and Canada. 

During his decades in the industry, Harry held various executive and senior management roles in major cruise companies such as Prestige Cruise holdings, Renaissance Cruises, and Viking River Cruises. He also co-founded Luxury Cruise Center, a high-end travel agency specializing in premium and luxury cruise experiences.

Harry earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College in New York, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Pace University in New York. Harry is also a Certified Public Accountant and serves on the NCLH Board of Directors.

Mark Kempa is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and brings more than 20 years of financial experience. Mark oversees the development and execution of NCLH’s financial strategy, including corporate financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, as well as technology, corporate strategy, and investor relations. After more than two decades in the company, Mark has held various positions in the finance division, playing an instrumental role in key milestones such as the initial public offering in 2013 and the acquisition of Prestige Cruises International inc., in 2014.

Before joining the company, Mark served as Assistant Controller for International Voyager Media, a traveler portfolio company.

Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Barry University in Miami.

Lynn White is the Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Lynn oversees the entire Human Resources division including business partnerships, benefits, compensation, and talent management/succession planning for the company’s more than 39,0000 team members around the world and onboard NCLH’s 30-ship fleet.

Before joining the company, Lynn served as Senior Vice President of Tax, Insurance and Human Resources at Prestige Cruise Holdings, and President at Global Excursion Operators Association. Lynn also served as the senior tax and risk management executive at Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises

Lynn earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University, and her Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami.

David Herrera is the President of Norwegian Cruise Line, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NYSE: NCLH) and brings more than 20 years of professional experience. In his role David is responsible for the overall strategic vision and business plan execution for the brand including revenue management, guest services, marketing, sales, and more. Previously, David served as the brand’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, where he was responsible for driving demand, global market share, and its promotional strategy. Since joining David has held various leadership roles, including Norwegian Cruise Line’s Senior Vice President of Finance, Strategy and Consumer Research, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings’ Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, and President of NCLH China.

Before joining the company, David was the founder of Eastside Financial Group, a private investment firm. He was also Vice President at Stanford C. Bernstein, and was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs & Co., Financial Institutions Group.

David earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Stetson University in Central Florida, and his Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Before that, Andrea served as NCLH’s Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and ESG, where she represented the company since its initial public offering.

Prior to joining NCLH, Andrea held multiple roles in the cruise industry including revenue management, corporate financial planning, and charter sales.

Andrea earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Florida State University and her Master of Business Administration from Florida International University.

Frank A. Frank also held various entrepreneurial roles in private equity, finance, and tech, playing an active role in sectors such as AI, telecommunications and more. He also served as Prestige Cruises’ Senior Vice President, Port and Destinations and Vice President, Destination Services and Product Development.

Patrik Dahlgren is the Executive Vice President of Vessel Operations for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. In this role, he oversees marine and technical operations, hotel operations, entertainment, cruise programs and security across NCLH’s three brands. 

Patrik brings more than 20 years of industry experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Marine Operations for Royal Caribbean Group. In that role, Patrik managed maritime operations and fleet optimization across all brands for more than 60 ships, providing direction for more than 10,000 team members. He was also key to the cruise industry’s post-COVID comeback as he served as a member of the Healthy Sail Panel, a group of world-renowned experts brought together to develop a comprehensive set of industry recommendations to navigate the pandemic.

Prior to joining shoreside management, Patrik spent over a decade at sea, including serving as Captain across a range of cruise ships, giving him firsthand knowledge of the ins and outs of ship operations.

Patrik earned his Bachelor of Science in Nautical Science from Kalmar University in Sweden, and his Master of Business Administration from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

Daniel Farkas is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. Daniel oversees all aspects of the Legal division, including Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Passenger and Crew Claims, and Governmental Affairs. Before joining the company, Daniel served as assistant State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami- Dade County under both Janet Reno and Katherine Fernandez Rundle. Danial was also a partner at a boutique law firm specializing in maritime litigation.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and American Literature from Brandeis University in Massachusetts, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami.

Faye Ashby is the Senior Vice President and Chief Account Officer of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NYSE: NCLH), which operates Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, and brings decades of accounting and financial experience. In her role Faye manages and oversees financial accounts, and other financial reporting and auditing functions for all NCLH cruise lines.

Faye previously served as Controller for Prestige Cruise holdings, where she managed and developed the accounting and External Financial Reporting teams. She also served as Senior Director of Financial Reporting for Prestige, overseeing annual financial statements, coordinating external audits, and managing accounting issues. Faye was a senior manager at the international public accounting firm of Deloitte.

Faye earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.

In this role, Robin oversees the robust newbuild program and refurbishment projects across the company’s 30-ship fleet. Robin joined NCLH in 2015 and has played a key part in the introduction of 10 groundbreaking vessels across its three brands.

Before joining the company, Robin served as Executive Vice President of Vessel Operations for Prestige Cruise Holdings. Robin also served as Oceania’s Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations and Vessel Operations. Robin also served as Senior Vice President of Vessel Operations at Silversea Cruises and, Vice President of Operations at Radisson Seven Seas Cruises.

Robin earned his Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University.
